We are offering in our breeding operation a chance to lease an excellent broodmare with outstanding bloodlines, from racing, to halter, to performance. When bred to one of our stallions there would be no stallion fee. This is a rare opportunity for you to make the foal of your dreams. You will be making your next champion halter and or performance horse. By leasing the mare, you will be paying for mare care with no fee for leasing fee of the mare and no stallion breeding fee. Mare care would be $8.00 a day. This includes all of the extra supplements that we feed to make an outstanding foal. It would also include grain, vitamins, worming, and yearly shots. Our facility has 12 x 12 box stalls, 12 x 16 box stalls, lighted indoor l arena - great for starting young horses or for controlled exercising of lame or laid up horses, cameras thru entire facility, large outdoor arena, turn out pens, pasture where we also put large bales of bermuda grass hay. We feed grain twice a day. Stalls are cleaned daily. All stalls are bedded in shavings. We have hot and cold water for bathing of horses. . We have a hot walker for controlled exercise. All horses are worked with daily. Lessons are available from western, english, dressage and halter. Horses are brushed, groomed, blanketed, turned out, held for the shoer or vet at no extra charge.
